Prior to being hired by a new client, we fix an initial meeting which could be either physical or virtual, depending on location to find out exactly what the client wants us to handle by way of administrative services. Once the scope of our involvement and the associated fees are agreed upon, we send a contract to the client which must be returned signed before the commencement of our services for them. This applies to both one-off and retainership accounts.
